I was born in 1966 in the Birecik district of \u015eanl\u0131urfa. I completed my primary and
\nsecondary education in my hometown, Birecik.<\/p>\n

In 1983, I was admitted to Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine <\/strong>(\u00c7apa)<\/strong>. 
\nAfter 6 years of successful education, I graduated in 1989, and in the same year, after passing the Medical Specialty Examination (TUS),
\nI started my Radiology training at Dicle University Faculty of Medicine.<\/p>\n

Between 1993 and 1995, as a Radiology Specialist<\/a><\/strong><\/em> I worked in various
\nhospitals in Gaziantep. After passing the Assistant Professorship examination, I started working
\nas a faculty member at Dicle University in 1995.<\/p>\n

Between 2005 and 2013, I served as the Head of the Radiology Clinic, Educational and Administrative Supervisor<\/strong> at Dr. L\u00fctfi K\u0131rdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital.<\/p>\n

In 2013, I started working as a Professor<\/strong> at Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 University.<\/p>\n

I am a member of the Board of Directors<\/strong> of Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 University.<\/p>\n

On March 15, 2013, I was appointed as the Interuniversity Council Representative<\/strong>.
\n<\/strong>
\nI am a subspecialist in \u201cPediatric Radiology.\u201d<\/strong> Meanwhile, my articles have been published in many journals both in Turkey and abroad. I have presented written and oral papers and given conferences at congresses in various cities and countries.<\/p>\n

As the Head of the Radiology Clinic at Ba\u011fc\u0131lar Training and Research Hospital, I am the physician who performed the first Coronary CT<\/a><\/em> Angiography<\/a><\/em> in a state hospital in Istanbul.<\/strong><\/p>\n

At Dr. L\u00fctfi K\u0131rdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, by establishing what was at the time Turkey\u2019s most advanced Radiology PACS and teleradiology systems<\/strong> I earned the appreciation of the healthcare community.<\/p>\n

I am among Turkey\u2019s first certified Pediatric Radiology Subspecialists.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The training level<\/strong> of the residents in the clinic where I served as chief was evaluated by the European Society of Radiology within the scope of the European Training Assessment Programme (ETAP) on October 21 and 22, 2011, found successful, and certified with the ESR 2011 ETAP Certificate for assessed departments Istanbul<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, I have served on the specialty examination jury<\/strong> for many resident doctors.<\/p>\n

I completed my military service during the March-April 2000 period at the 200-Bed Malatya Military Hospital.<\/p>\n

I am married and the father of 3 children.<\/p>\n

I have a good command of English.<\/p>\n
